Itineraries, Philip Resnick’s new book, is a thematic memoir touching on a broad variety of themes including religion, nationalism, the left, democracy and its discontents, academic freedom, and the many facets of Canadian identity. Another one of the themes he addresses concerns the place that Europe came to play in his intellectual and political development. That will be the topic of his talk on March 9.
